Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy regarding refund and cancellation of donations received through our secure online payment gateway is as follows:
- Any request for cancellation or refund of online donations, once successfully placed through the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
- No cash refund or return of donated funds will be permitted after completion of the online donation process, as such transactions involve extensive administrative and accounting procedures. We therefore request all donors to carefully review their donation details before proceeding with payment.
- No refund or cancellation request for a donated amount will be entertained after the donation has been successfully accepted by our online payment gateway service providers, unless a fraudulent transaction is identified and reported by the respective payment gateway service provider.
